Paul Drummond is one of my favourite science fiction artists. He has the skills that you find the masters, an ability to compose an illustration that depicts an entirely imagined and futuristic world. It feels possible to step outside the frame and discover more and more, a world rich in detail and design. His characters are the perfect counterpoint, with realistic rendering and expressed personality, and I often find myself asking ‘what is this character thinking?’ A rare skill in an artist and I’m honoured that a Paul Drummond illustration is the cover for my co-edited anthology Extreme Planets.

We’ve worked with Paul Drummond over the last year on two new brand identities, 90 Second Coach.com and Zaviour.
Paul was exceptionally quick to give us an inspired 90 Second Coach logo with minimum input from us and with only a few tweaks, all added with ease and a skillful eye as to the implications of any change, the logo was done.
Zaviour was a harder nut to crack because the name and logo was not to describe a product or service as such but more to create an identity that opened up so many possibilities and generated ideas. Despite this Paul, very patiently, created artwork that helped us make decisions and focus our minds and we are exceptionally pleased with the final result.
Paul is delightful to work with, calm, quick, supportive, flexible, creative, intuitive and skilled. Paul also gives very gentle but expert feedback which I believe is well worth heeding. As Zaviour takes flight and clients require their Zaviour channel to resemble their branding then it will be Paul we contact.
